Penggunaan Pendekatan Konseling Realitas Dalam Meningkatkatkan Resiliensi Akademik Remaja Pada Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar

Abstract

The new curriculum regulation experienced now is quite influencing all education circles. One of them is a teenager. The intended teenagers are individuals who are sitting at the junior high school level education level to high school/vocational school. Teenagers in the capacity as a student have a variety of learning problems that are often found both motivation, interest in learning, learning achievement and even learning outcomes. Moving on from the reality that was obtained from the information of the guidance and counseling teacher. On one side of the adolescents it seems to have academic resilience that is not yet strong where adolescents have not been able to survive with new conditions. Therefore, guidance and counseling teachers must innovate in trying to overcome the needs of students through guidance and counseling services including individual counseling services. So that the innovation that must be carried out by the guidance and counseling teacher is the making of modules. Modules can help the implementation of individual counseling services with development according to the needs of counseling services. The use of reality counseling approaches to increase adolescent resilience in the application of the Merdeka Learning Curriculum. This study, using the R&D approach and refers to the Addie model. This research. done by focusing on the development of individual counseling modules with a reality counseling approach carried out for guidance and counseling teachers in junior and senior high schools in Southeast Maluku Regency, Tual City and West Seram Regency results of validation tests from material experts, media experts and individual trials, groups small. Where the trial of the contents with the presentation is 79.16% with the criteria in the good numbers and the qualifications of this module are in a decent position. In addition, the trial of media experts is at 95.83% as the presentation value and is in the very good criteria and the qualifications are very feasible. Furthermore, to test individual trials with a press number of 95.00% with very good criteria and is in very feasible qualifications. Furthermore, the trial of small group 1 was in the 95.22% presentation with the criteria category was very good and very feasible as qualification. In addition, the trial of small group 2 with a presentation number of 91.78% and is in very good criteria and the qualifications are very feasible.
