Evaluasi Kitab Ta’lim Al - Muta’allim Dalam Pembinaan Moral Siswa SMA Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Raudlatul Mustarsyidin Bondowoso

Abstract

Morals in children, especially adolescents in the modern era as it is today, are very concerning, so they need special guidance regarding moral improvement and morals because social deviations that occur are still not well resolved, such as brawls between peers, against parents and even teachers. Moral can be interpreted as an act or behavior / pronunciation of a person in interacting with someone. So that this causes unrest to the teacher, although the level of problems / problems that occur is still in the moderate category. So that the Islamic Education Foundation (YPI) Raudlatul Mustarsyidin High School holds Ta'lim al-Muta'allim book learning in fostering the morals of its students. The goal is to shape the moral and moral character of students not only at school but also in the community, how students can respect teachers to increase and respect each other among their peers, in accordance with its vision of being able to produce graduates who are Religious, Smart, Skilled, and Innovative. The research method uses qualitative methods using a descriptive approach. While the data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation techniques which were carried out directly in the field to obtain informant data from teaching staff, especially those who teach the book of Ta'lim al-Muta'allim, curriculum field representatives, as well as several Islamic Education Foundation (YPI) Raudlatul Mustarsyidin high school students. The results showed that moral development by using the book of Ta'lim al-Muta'allim had a big effect on students because according to the results of observations made by researchers that some students were able to apply the good morals obtained from learning the book of Ta'lim al -Muta'allim students can apply 5S, namely smile, greet, greet, polite and courteous and students are able to comply with the rules that have been implemented by the school. The results showed that moral development by using the book of Ta'lim al-Muta'allim had a big effect on students because according to the results of observations made by researchers that some students were able to apply the good morals obtained from learning the book of Ta'lim al -Muta'allim students can apply 5S, namely smile, greet, greet, polite and courteous and students are able to comply with the rules that have been implemented by the school.
