Abstract

chools as institutions that carry out the educational process need to carry out their duties with a good management system. This means that schools need to maximize all potential sources that are able to support the educational process within them, both from human resources and nonhuman resources such as the state of the learning environment itself. This is because a learning environment that is comfortable, neat, orderly and clean really supports the implementation of effective learning. This environment covers two main things, namely the physical environment and the social environment. In creating an effective learning environment, Islam as a religion that provides guidance for the lives of its followers also provides its views on this matter, as does psychology as a branch of science that studies the science of the soul and behavior that is adapted to the environmental conditions that are to be created.
