Peran Guru Penggerak Dalam Mewujudkan Merdeka Belajar di SDN Pondokdalem 01

Abstract

Driving teachers are learning leaders who are expected to be agents of educational change who side with students by developing students' potential holistically according to their learning needs. Driving teachers can carry out their role as driving teachers after completing driving teacher education. This role can be used to realize freedom of learning in the school environment where he teaches. This research aims to determine the extent of the role of driving teachers in realizing independent learning at SDN Pondokdalem 01. The method used is a descriptive qualitative research approach with a case study type of research. Research subjects consisted of educators, students and parents or guardians of students. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation, then the data obtained is analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the driving teacher at SDN Pondokdalem 01 has carried out his role as a driving teacher in realizing independence well even though some roles have not been carried out optimally. In conclusion, the driving teacher has been able to realize freedom of learning through his role as a driving teacher, although consistency is needed in its implementation.
