Permainan Péclé Sebagai Sumber Pembentukan Nilai Perjuangan Anak di Kelurahan Sindangkasih Kabupaten Purwakarta

Abstract

This article is intended to describe the results of a study on péclé games as a source of forming the values of children's struggles in Sindangkasih Village, Purwakarta Regency. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach using literature review and field studies using observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data processing technique used is data triangulation technique. The scope of this study includes the meaning and form of values formed in the game of péclé. Through this study to show that there is a value of struggle which is the main value in the game of péclé. Then there are other supporting values, including: the value of sportsmanship, creativity, and unity. The results of this study can also be used as a source in basic character education for children both in schools and in the community, so that they can form a generation that is quality and strong in surviving in society.
