Grammar Instruction Application at Al-Ihsan Institute Jember State Islamic Senior High School No. 1 for the academic year 2023/2024

Grammar is one of the essential sciences that must be taught and understood alongside other linguistic sciences, because teaching Arabic without understanding grammar will be difficult. The research objectives are to describe the planning of grammar instruction at the Al-Ihsan Institute of the State Islamic Senior High School No. 1, Jember. The researcher used a descriptive qualitative research methodology. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis in this research employed Miles Haberman and Saldana's method using triangulation of sources and techniques. Triangulation of sources includes the teacher, the principal, and the students, while triangulation of techniques includes observation, interviews, and document analysis. Data validity was ensured by collecting data from various sources using different methods and at different times. The research findings are as follows: 1. Grammar instruction is planned in several stages. The first stage involves allocating time four times a week, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, after the Maghrib and Isha prayers. This is followed by a student attendance registration stage, which includes both beginner and intermediate students.
