The Qur'an is the holy word revealed by Allah to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). It is not only understood as a text but also lived and practiced in social practices. The study of social phenomena related to the practice of the Qur'an is known as the Living Qur'an. One such phenomenon is the tradition of collective recitation of Surah Yasin at the Bujuk Sa'i Tomb in Bupong Hamlet, Gunung Putri Village, Suboh District, Situbondo Regency. This study aims to examine the basis of this tradition, the implications of its meaning felt by the congregation, and analyze the forms of social solidarity among the congregation who follow this tradition. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with ethnographic research, and analysis using Emile Durkheim's theory of Social Solidarity. The results show that this tradition is based on efforts to seek peace of mind, smooth sustenance, and safety through tawassul (religious prayer) to Bujuk Sa'i, who is known to possess charisma. The implications of this tradition are believed to protect the village from disaster and provide the congregation with health. Based on Durkheim's sociological analysis, this group of worshippers falls into the category of mechanical solidarity. This is characterized by a high level of collective consciousness, a low division of labor, and a community's attachment to shared values and traditions.
