This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance at Tzu Chi Kindergarten School, North Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 48 teachers using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression using statistical software after undergoing validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results of the study indicate that partially the work environment and work motivation do not have a significant effect on teacher performance, while work discipline has a significant effect. However, simultaneously all three independent variables have a significant effect on teacher performance. This finding indicates that work discipline is the most dominant factor in improving teacher performance. Therefore, efforts to improve teacher performance need to be focused on strengthening a consistent culture of discipline, accompanied by improvements in the work environment and more effective strategies for increasing motivation. This study provides practical implications for school administrators in designing policies to improve the quality of human resources in early childhood education environments.
