Abstract

Guidance and Counseling is carried out in a directed and systematic manner, the next step is to provide services, in other words implementing programs. A good program consists of three steps: planning, implementation and monitoring. The types of problems that are often experienced by students in the classroom and outside the classroom are when in the classroom related to different student abilities because there are children who have abilities that are easy to understand and slow but there are two kinds of factors that cause learning difficulties, namely internal factors, factors that come from within students and external factors factors that come from outside the student. This can also affect the formation of student character. Early childhood character education will encourage culture of good behavior in the country, the key to building society. Character education is to make future students of the nation have good manners, create a just, safe and prosperous country life
