The results of this study show first, the Tradition of antering the prospective wife after the engagement is carried out when the prospective wife and her family visit the prospective husband's house, then when finished, the prospective wife does not go home with her family but stays for a while at the prospective husband's house, then after a few hours, she is taken home by her prospective husband riding a motorbike. 2. Based on Ibn Asyur's maslahah theory, this tradition meets the standards of maslahah, including tahsiniyyah, juz'iyyah, and zonniyah.
