Pembelajaran PAI Dalam Menumbuhkan Sikap Spiritual dan Sosial Berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di SMK Shofa Marwa Jember

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in fostering students' spiritual and social attitudes based on the Independent Learning Curriculum at SMK Shofa Marwa Jember. The Independent Learning Curriculum emphasizes character strengthening and holistic competency development, including religious and social values as an important part of the Pancasila student profile. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that PAI learning at SMK Shofa Marwa is carried out with a contextual and participatory approach, and is integrated with the school's religious and social activities. Teachers act as facilitators in guiding students to internalize the values of faith, tolerance, empathy, and social responsibility. In conclusion, the implementation of PAI learning based on the Independent Curriculum at SMK Shofa Marwa Jember contributes significantly to shaping students' spiritual and social attitudes in a sustainable manner.
