Implementasi Pembelajaran Diferensiasi Produk Dalam Menumbuhkan Kreativitas Peserta Didik

The diversity of student characteristics in learning, such as different levels of readiness, interests, talents, and learning styles, is a unique potential that has not been fully taken seriously. This can be seen from some teachers who still use uniform conventional methods, lack of innovation in learning without paying attention to the differences in student learning needs. Differentiated learning, which adjusts to the uniqueness of each student, is recognized as able to foster students' creativity. This study uses a descriptive qualitative type that is located in Bustanul Makmur Genteng Junior High School Banyuwangi, the subjects of this study include Islamic religious education teachers, students, curriculum representatives, counseling guidance teachers and school principals. Data collection uses participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawn, data validity using triangulation techniques and sources. The results of the study show that the application of product differentiation learning in the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages is able to foster students' creativity, as seen from more diverse products, active participation in discussions, and increased initiative and courage in conveying creative ideas. Indicators of growing creativity include critical thinking skills, emotional sensitivity, talent, and high imagination.
