Manajemen Kurikulum Tahfidzul Qur’an Dalam Pembentukan Karakter Santri Di Pondok Pesantren Al-Choliq Jember

Abstract

Tahfidzul Qur'an curriculum management is a series of management processes and leadership efforts from instructors or teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating or evaluating a study of Tahfidzul Qur'an for students with various components and existing resources in supporting the students' learning process effectively and efficiently to achieve predetermined goals. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative research type. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative with interactive model Miles Huberman and Saldana with the steps: 1) Condensation of data 2) Presentation of data 3) Drawing conclusions. Data validity method uses source triangulation and technique triangulation. The conclusions of this study are: 1) Planning of the Tahfidzul Qur'an curriculum in the formation of the character of the students is carried out by the leadership and the assistants in the form of meetings at the beginning of the semester. 2) The implementation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an curriculum is handled and guided directly by their respective ustadz. 3) Evaluation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an curriculum in building the character of students has 2 evaluation materials, namely process evaluation related to the performance of asatidz in managing learning Tahfidzul Qur'an and evaluation related to students' constraints in memorizing.
