PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MACROMEDIA FLASH 8 PADA MATA KULIAH PENGOLAHAN MAKANAN INDONESIA PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN TATA BOGA UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MEDAN

Abstract

This study aims to : (1) Produce Macromedia Flash 8 Learning Media for Indonesia Food Processing Courses; (2) To Find Out The Feasibility of Macromedia Flash 8 Learning Media in The Indonesian Food Processing Course by Material Experts, Media Experts, and Student Response. The location of the research was carried out in the Culinary Education Study Program, Medan State University. The time for research is August-October 2022. This research uses a 4-D development model which is limited to 3 steps, namely (1) Define; (2) Design; and (3) Development. The research subjects consisted of 1 material expert, 1 media expert and 30 Culinary Education Study Progaram Students.The data collection techique uses a questionnaire to capture material quality data, media quality data, and media acceptance data. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. Based on the results of this study, the results of the analysis of the needs od lecturers and students show that all lecturers and students need Macromedia Flash 8 learning media, each with a score of ≥50 percent. The product produced is Macromedia Flash 8 learning media which has been tested for its feasibility according to material expert, meida expert, and student responses. The result of the material expert validation obtained a feasibility percentage of 94,4 percent with the “Very Eligible” criteria. The validation results of media expert obtained an eligibility percentage of 95,3 percent with the “Very Eligible” criteria. The media acceptance results obtained a score of 4,81 in the “Very High Acceptance” category. Thus, the Macromedia Flash 8 learning media in the Indonesian Food Processing Course subject to the Typical Batak Toba Menu is suitable for use in the learning process.
